I’ve spent two decades in public health making sure people could access the care, community, and experiences they deserved regardless of who they are or where they come from. And somewhere along the way I realized the travel industry needed that same lens.

Women pour, into their kids, their partners, their careers, their communities. Queer and BIPOC travelers navigate a world that wasn't built with their joy in mind. And too many of us keep putting the trip off, waiting until we've earned it, until it feels safe, until someone gives us permission.

Now more than ever, we need to be seen and heard. We need to recharge. We need to celebrate ourselves and each other - fully, joyfully, and unapologetically.
