The Story Behind the Glow
Every time I walked into a new space, I was doing the same quiet calculation that a lot of women do. Is this place for me? Am I welcome here? Will I be safe?
I have spent a lot of my life on the move. Solo road trips, cruises, planes to places I had never been. As a queer, neurodivergent woman, I learned early that the answer wasn't always yes. And that figuring out where you'd be safe, who would actually see you, and what the trip would really cost you emotionally and sensorially... that work almost never shows up in a travel brochure.
After 25 years working in population health and managed care, I understand what it costs people when they don't have access to the things that restore them. Women, queer travelers, and BIPOC communities have always been those people, navigating systems and industries that were never designed with them in mind. Travel is no different.
I founded Moon Migration Co. to change that. We are a boutique travel advising service built on the belief that every person deserves to move through the world fully, safely, and as exactly who they are. We don't just book trips. We vet destinations for genuine safety and welcome, curate experiences that reflect your values, and show up as a trusted partner from the first conversation to the moment you arrive.
Travel is not a luxury. It is part of how we stay whole.
I plan adventures for travelers who are ready to experience the world on their own terms.
