I'm Tiffany. Population health strategist by day, travel obsessive always. I have spent nearly 20 years working in population health, managed care, and government health plans, building systems designed to help people thrive. I am currently a Senior Enterprise Strategist at a multibillion dollar health plan, and I am nearly halfway through my doctorate in Public Health. I show up, I deliver, and I care deeply about the work.

And still, something feels missing when it's just the day job. I want to build something that is fully mine. Something that doesn't just serve a system, but serves people. Something rooted in joy, not just outcomes.

Some of that joy comes from watching my friend Suzie chase good weather and a good tee time with the same fierce loyalty she brings to everything else in her life. She never overthinks it. She just goes, and she brings her people with her. Watching her has taught me that a season of joy doesn't have to be complicated or far away. Sometimes it's a villa full of laughing women. Sometimes it's a fairway in the sun. Sometimes it's a cruise with your closest friends. It just has to be yours.

I have also spent a lot of my life on the move. Solo road trips, cruises, planes to places I had never been. As a queer, neurodivergent woman and an adoptive mother of two Black women, I learned early that the answer to "is this place for me?" wasn't always yes. Figuring out where you'd truly be safe, who would actually see you, and what a trip would really cost you emotionally is work that almost never shows up in a travel brochure. I have loved people whose identities put them at risk in spaces that should have been welcoming. These experiences are not footnotes in my story. They are the reason this business exists.

But the quiet calculation of "is this place for me?" isn't only about identity. It's also about season of life. It's the woman who spent thirty years planning everyone else's trips and never her own. It's the friend group that used to travel together every year and slowly stopped. It's the golfer who wants a real trip built around her game, not an afterthought tacked onto someone else's itinerary. Whatever brought you here, you belong.
